My Favoite Project

1. What was your favorite project and why?
-This project was a free form. We rolled out of a piece of clay and we stuck it on the top/bottom of a cup and you formed the ends to how you wanted them to look. I like this project so much becuase I love the way it turned out. It looks like a really cool cross and I know it is a really simple project but I love it so much! I just wanted to make a million more of these!

The Biggest Challange

3. What project was your biggest challange and why?
- This project (fruit goblet) was made of pinch pots, which is deffiently not my favortie techinique to do. It was hard to shape the pinch pots into the shape i wanted them into be in. It took me a good 5 times to shape the strawberry you in the bottom left of the fruit goblet. Also, when this piece was fired and i had to start painting it... it was very very very difficult. Since the pieces of "fruit" are so close together, the paint would be rubbing off on eachother and it was making me mad. Then i learned that i could take a pen tool and scrape the paint off that i did not want to be there.

Helped Me Grow and Improve

1. What project helped you grow and imrpove or test your skills as an artist?
- This was the very first project I made when I came into Ceramics one. It was made of coils, which isn't the hardest technique but it was new to me and it hepled me open my mind and be creative. This project helped me think more outside of the box.

Reflects Me As an Artist

1. What project do you feel most reflects you as an artist and Why?
    - I feel as if the prject that reflects me most would be the Mike Wazowski character that i made out of pinch pots. This piece of work is not personal it just expresses my personality. It shows how fun and personable I can be and am.
